I am related to George Shellenberger (son of either Philip or Charles Carl) and am trying to determine which it is. I have looked at some of your mother's notes at Montgomery County Historical Society but find some confusing info. There is a reference to George and wife Margaret who got property from Carl in Hilltown or Hatfield. I have not found any marriage info on George and Margaret or their mentioned children John George and Ann. Can you clarify any of this mystery? Thanks.
