I have read various posts and messages on Abraham Shallenberger while trying to get through a wall on my Doyle family research and was hoping to find some clarification from those who are actually researching the Shallenberger line and know it best. Is there more than one Abraham Shallengerger in the Western PA region? I know there is a Jr. and Sr. but is there also another Abraham as well? Does anyone have a copy of the land deed transfer between Edward Doyle and John Shallenberger that they would be willing to send to me. Lastly, is the Abraham Shallenberger that married Dolly Doyle the son of John Shallenberger? Please contact me if you have any more information or if you too are trying to figure out this puzzle.
