William Stanhope Shulenberger was born in the China Grove region of Rowan County, NC. He is a descendant of Gerhard Schollenberger of Berks County, Pennsylvania. I have the majority of the Schollenberger lines if you are interested and Shellaberger is a variant spelling of Schollenberger
